Fist Drill with Ankle Band

Did a bit of work on this drill this morning.

The aim is to maintain good body balance and then make the forearm do it's correct action.

This was easier with the left arm because I developed the "Twitch" to improve left arm traction which ensures that the body rotates axially.

The right arm does not want to follow the correct path through the water because the twitch has not been mastered that side. I have always wrongly assumed the greater power would do the job.
