Effortless Unco Empty Effortless Unco

Back in the pool at last and trying to remind myself about the water and me.

Doing Unco felt good but most usefully I detected a big error on the left side.

I wasn't stretching forward enough with the lead arm. This also needs the head to be repositioned correctly in a streamlined way.

Also the left hand catch was not as good as the right.

When I improved things the drill reminded me of 6-1-6.
