Finally Marcel Wouda has given Femke Heemskerk the advice to shorten her stroke a bit.
Result: second fastest split time in the 800m relay and she said it felt more relaxed and had some power left at the end where usually she breaks down badly.
Always said she wasnt strong enough to hold that long stroke together. nice to be right
Almost emailed him after having seen the documentary where the french asshole trainer ruined her stroke and overtrained her on top of that.
Such a sweet girl. She deserves to get some medals before she retires.

yes will be a sweet girl, she must go to the dentsit to fix her teeth, seems weird.
