Originally learnt to swim so I had a useful form of exercise for the rest of my life. Ticked that box.

Only have time for swimming most Sunday mornings of late bonus is my 18 and 20 year old daughters sometimes accompany me and sometimes so do their boyfriends.

Either do lung busting 50 metre sprints or a lazy mile depending on my mood.

Yes! Am very grateful for the ideas I learnt from the forum. I joined nearly a year after it started, and was still "around" at it's lock-down. I suppose "the writing had been on the wall" for some time, and SS realized with fewer and fewer new postings that it had run it's course!
