Breathing Out
Breathing Out
Watching swimbot and feelforthewater.com April 15 2017 which shows Jono Van Hazel made me think about the minimal head movement and least disruption they have when taking a breath.
So after my sprint practice session this morning I slowed it right down to experiment. (I seem to think that when learning the piano, one learns to do it very slowly at first!)
The aim was to breathe out as much as possible when looking straight down at the black line. Then grab a quick breath and return the head to central position.
To make it more challenging, iI also tried breathing to each side with every arm pull.
