Usually my avarage speed is about 1.35 / 100m over a whole swimsession, but the speed varies betwwen 0.40 / 100m and 2.10 min/100m or something like that.
Its all over the place anyway. people having the same results?

When I used one I came to the conclusion that it required a single impulse at each end.
That means a clean and efficient tumble turn.
