It looks like what i'am searching for, a nice way to blend into a semi straight arm swinger style recovery, i'm figuring the back of the hand will be facing forward until about shoulder height, where the pitch of the hand will change ready for entry?
Seems that way when i try it anyway, looks like a good drill to keep in front of the scapular plane at exit too.
